Real customer experiences
We strive to make mystery shopping assignments as realistic as possible. That is why we give our trained mystery shoppers from the target group a budget to make a purchase. A pair of trousers at a clothing store, a treatment at the hairdresser's, a plant at a garden center or a night out at the cinema.
Training costs can be high. You want to train the right aspects, measure whether training has an effect and, above all, make adjustments where possible.
