Stella has quickly become the largest E-bike specialist in the Netherlands. More and more E-bike test centers are being opened all the time. Stella believes it’s important that every test center and every employee live & breathe the "Stella DNA". In the search for a suitable agency to work with Stella to make this happen, the E-bike specialist has chosen Secret View.
We’re going to use mystery shoppers to provide insight into how the store employees convey the basic principles of Stella towards its customers. These results serve as a stepping stone for Stella to coordinate their training program, measure progress and use in evaluation interviews with store employees.

"In addition, we want to effectively trigger our employees to give every customer the attention that fits in the ‘Stella DNA’. The partnership will start immediately. We’ll initially focus on the 37 Dutch test centers of Stella, then later we’ll expand to the stores outside of the Netherlands. The test centers will be visited monthly by mystery shoppers.
For the Stella mystery shopping assignment we deviate slightly from our normal working method. You will receive no shop budget for this research, but a financial compensation as a reward for the execution of the assignment. The financial compensation amounts to € 15.00 for the single assignment and € 25.00 for the duo assignment.
