About the team
The Customer Development team is responsible for anything related to growing our business. From gathering leads to onboarding new clients and maintaining existing relations. Sales and marketing work closely together to achieve common goals.
At Secret View, we value a free and open work environment. We work both from home and from our brand-new office in Journey Offices, in the heart of Arnhem, including gym, game room and restaurant!
About the role
As Sales Consultant, you will primarily focus on retail organizations based in the Benelux. Later, our focus will broaden to other regions. After all, we’re going for nothing less than the position of market leader.
You’ll work autonomously to search for leads that you will turn to clients. Without any slick salesperson talk, but with a convincing, enthusiastic, and substantiated pitch. You know how to listen and have an energetic and assertive personality, with an affinity for technology and software.
You’ll learn how to use and implement our product, and you’ll know exactly how to make our services meet the needs of potential clients. In the end, your goal is to commit clients to Secret View on a long-term basis. You’ll also collaborate with other departments within Secret View to improve internal processes and product development.
What skill set do you need?
- At least 2 to 4 years’ experience in a B2B sales role (B2B experience in retail is a big plus)
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Knowing how to identify business opportunities
- Great at maintaining your network
- Strong communicative skills to clients and colleagues
- You are fluent in Dutch and English
