Our story

Secret View was founded by Niek Koning during his studies in Small Business & Retail Management. In addition to his studies, he had a job in a store where he was confronted with mystery shopping. He was surprised at the poor presentation of the results and the fact that the mystery shoppers often had little affinity with the company he worked for. This could be done differently. Secret View was born.

Committing to disrupt the traditional market of mystery shopping providers, Secret View focuses strongly on ever-improving software and community-building. Our goal?
