Mystery shopping is the way to help improve the customer experience of the coolest brands as a consumer. You do this by visiting one of our clients' stores as an anonymous, average customer and then filling out a questionnaire.

3. Prepare well
Know what to pay attention to when carrying out the assignment. We support you in various ways to make it easy for you.
Think of a step-by-step plan, sample questionnaires, and a detailed briefing. Sometimes you need to take a photo or ask a specific question. You wouldn’t know this without thoroughly reading the briefing. If you don’t, we can’t approve the assignment.
4. Carry out the assignment
The moment has come; you're off! You're well prepared, so the only thing you need to do now is be yourself and go through the customer journey. You usually get to keep the purchase as a reward for completing the assignment. So buy something you like or enjoy!
5. Fill out the survey
Fill out the questionnaire as soon as possible after completing the assignment. Preferably immediately, so everything is still fresh in your memory. But do it within 24 hours.
Many questions require a detailed explanation. A simple 'Good' or 'Bad' is not enough. You need to describe the situation well and leave constructive feedback. Do it in a tone you would appreciate yourself. That’s what our clients’ employees learn the most from!
