For mystery shopping tailored to SMEs, you pay the full amount for the entire research in advance before the start. For Enterprise businesses, we’ll make agreements with you regarding invoicing.
In many cases, our mystery shoppers are rewarded with shopping credit. This shopping credit is spent in your store(s) and therefore returns to the cash register. The purchase is thus the reward for the mystery shopper. This ensures that only mystery shoppers who have an affinity with your concept sign up for the assignment. The shopping credit is based on the average receipt amount in your store(s). In some cases, using financial compensation (without a purchase) is more appropriate. This is not a problem either.
The shopping credit must always be fully spent so that it returns as revenue. Therefore, we ask mystery shoppers to always upload the receipt in the questionnaire. This way, you get a clear insight into the purchases made by the mystery shoppers.
During the setup of mystery shopping for SMEs, you’ll have the option to enter your discount code. The discount will then be deducted from the total price before payment.
