The largest independent brewery of Amsterdam has grown to one a people’s favorite over the last few years. Three brewpubs in Amsterdam and delicious beers sold throughout the Netherlands made them what they are today. The brewpubs greatly value their guests’ experiences and that’s why the brewery’s culture is characterized by openness to feedback. The company uses different methods to collect feedback and will be adding mystery shopping research from now on! After a successful pilot research, Secret View was chosen as mystery shopping partner for the research that will take place at all three brewpubs every month.
