Assignments

Here, our community can see immediately what the assignment entails. A brief description, the distance to the location, shopping credit, and how many people the assignment is for.

Qualitative feedback

Our mystery shoppers understand the importance of qualitative and constructive feedback. Through quality controls and e-learnings, they are trained on our platform to become skilled feedback providers.  

By doing assignments well, they work on their reputation. This helps our algorithm choose the most suitable mystery shopper for the next assignment.

Quality control

Before the results from the mystery shoppers appear in the dashboard, they are checked by two Approvers. Our Approvers are the most experienced members of our community with an excellent reputation. They check if the answers are correct, if the receipt is accurate, and if the feedback is positively constructive.

Globally scalable

Our network of local communities can be deployed worldwide. In many countries, we have a healthy and active community.
