Our new partnership with De Beren is here! The mystery shopping research for De Beren aims to map out and provide feedback on the guest experience in 50 De Beren Restaurants across the country.

A new perspective on guest experience

For over 40 years, De Beren has been serving generous dishes from the charcoal grill in an atmosphere that exudes coziness and relaxation. From the first location on Noordsingel in Rotterdam, the De Beren formula has grown into a true phenomenon. Now, with insights from the mystery shopping research, they are taking a step further towards delivering excellent guest experiences.  

The perfect feedback tool

Marjolein Mens, CCO of De Beren, shares her enthusiasm about this collaboration: "At De Beren, we strongly believe in the power of feedback. In addition to mystery shopping, De Beren also uses our Internal Audits. With the audits, De Beren employees evaluate operational processes and working methods. All results are displayed in the dashboard, making both external customer feedback and internal audit data easily accessible in the same tool.
