Yes, after months of intense programming and design work, we’re launching our completely revamped dashboard! It’s been built from the ground up, with new features that make your experience even better. Want to take a look?

Our developers started with this mission:

“Bring the dashboard back to basics, excelling in simplicity, speed, and intuitive usability, with a modern look that strengthens our identity.”

The result? A brand-new dashboard, with improvements and exciting new features. Let's take a look!

First AI assistant added

You can now automatically generate summaries of completed questionnaires with the help of our AI Assistant. This allows you to quickly gain insights into the key findings without needing to go through the entire questionnaire. Not only does this save time, but it also makes it easier to take immediate action based on relevant insights. Moreover, the dashboard is AI-ready, so it will be expanded in the future with even more smart AI functionalities to further optimize your workflow. Think recommendations, highlights, and finding connections in the research.

AI now also assists us with quality control of the results from the mystery shopping surveys. This greatly enhances the reliability and quality of the results. As a result, outcomes will appear in the dashboard even faster.

An intuitive design that thinks with you

With a renewed navigation structure and improved filtering options, you can easily find the right information without having to search. Everything feels more intuitive and organized now.

The mobile view has also been greatly improved. Whether you’re on your phone or tablet, you can now work seamlessly. Wherever you are, you’ll have the same smooth experience as on a desktop.

More insight, less effort

The foundation of our (old) dashboard is solid, so we’re not changing the way you can zoom in on the data you want to learn more about. The “donuts” displaying the results are still there, but now we’re providing more context. You can now immediately see how many questionnaires a result is based on, how the score is calculated, and what the numbers actually mean.

In the new design, the dashboard layout has been simplified to a single column, placing even more focus on the research results. This helps users concentrate on the most important data.

We’ve also added fast navigation to the right side of the dashboard. Now you can switch between different sections with one click and see at a glance which parts are available. This speeds up usage and makes navigation more organized.

Smarter filters and better data analysis

Filtering data is now even easier. Thanks to a new dropdown menu at the top, you get an overview of all possible filters right away without needing to scroll. Active filters are more clearly displayed, so you always know which filters are active and how they affect your view. The filter bar also scrolls with you, so you’re always aware of which filters are applied to the results.

Better overview of locations, questionnaires, and individual questions

The visualization of questionnaires, locations, and questions has been significantly improved. You can now search, sort, filter, and even adjust the table layout much more easily. This makes navigating your data more efficient and helps you find the information that’s truly relevant faster.

Clear presentation of questionnaire outcomes

The redesigned questionnaire page is all about clarity and simplicity. No more overwhelming data, just a clear presentation of the most important information. You’ll see at a glance:

  • The questionnaire score
  • The score trend over time
  • Scores per category
  • The details of specific scores and answers per question

Celebrate good times

We’ve also added something fun to celebrate great results: Celebrations 🎉! Set a goal, and as soon as it’s achieved, we’ll celebrate with a confetti shower. And if you hit the perfect score of 100%? You’ll get a 💯💯💯 rain, literally. It’s the little things that make the experience more personal and motivating.

Because that’s what matters most to us: helping retailers and hospitality businesses embrace feedback and turn learning into something fun. We believe this complete rebuild and all the new features we have in the pipeline will contribute a lot to that!
