We are proud to announce our collaboration with jeans brand CHASIN’. We have already started conducting a comprehensive customer experience research at all CHASIN’ stores spread across the Netherlands. Besides valuable insights for CHASIN’, these are also interesting assignments for our community.

CHASIN’ is a modern jeans brand for men, distinguished by its innovative, high-quality, and detailed collections inspired by an active city lifestyle. CHASIN’ has a passion for crafting the perfect jeans and challenges itself to create new collections to surprise its customers. The employees go the extra mile to provide excellent service to customers. Through mystery shopping research, we can effectively evaluate whether the additional service they offer is noticed by their customers and experienced as positive.
With our diverse community, we can provide valuable insights for CHASIN’. The collaboration focuses on investigating customer experience and is carried out by men aged 18-40 who are part of our community. This ensures relevant and targeted feedback that aligns with CHASIN’s target audience.
CHASIN’s strategy for regional growth
