Secret View Experience of the Month November: Superkeukens Tiel

For the first time, the Secret View Experience of the Month award has been presented, and the recipient is Superkeukens Tiel! We created this award to celebrate extraordinary customer experiences and to inspire others. Our mystery shoppers visit thousands of stores each month, and among all those experiences, there are some very special ones.

The service of Jeffrey at Superkeukens Tiel

Jeffrey Ng, the manager of Superkeukens Tiel, is the proud winner of the first award. After assisting our shopper in designing a new kitchen and providing a quote, Jeffrey learns that she needs to take the bus home. Jeffrey says, "She came from Tiel, and buses don’t run very often here. So, I offered to drive her home. She was very pleased, and I did so."

This is what our mystery shopper had to say: 'I feel that I was helped in a pleasant and professional manner. My wishes were well understood and translated into a suitable kitchen design. Additionally, the service was fantastic! When I mentioned that I had come by public transport and the buses only run once an hour, the staff member kindly offered to drive me home.'

Jeffrey: "I am really a bit flabbergasted that I win the award with this. I am speechless! In any case, it’s very nice that it gets noticed. We try to help everyone as well as possible and provide the best customer experience. The rest will follow, I am convinced of that."
Hans Matla, Training & Education Manager at Superkeukens: "I agree with this. From the mystery shopping research, we get reports and figures, and we also keep our own statistics. But in all our training, 'doing everything to make a customer extremely happy' is central. With kitchens, it's about large amounts of money, and you want to give people a good feeling when they come to you to choose something. This approach works, as we have already had several mystery shoppers who eventually bought a kitchen or furniture from us."
