[Updated 17-11-2021] Unfortunately, due to the recent change in COVID regulations and their effect on this event, we have had to postpone the Secret View Client Day 2021 until further notice. But don't worry! We will be back as soon as we can, with the same speakers and in the same beautiful location. You will receive updates on the new date, expected early 2022.
Finally, the time has come! We will be hosting the third edition of our Client Day. Once again, the most beautiful cinema in the world will be our décor for the day: Theater Tuschinski of our client Pathé in Amsterdam. After previous successful editions, we are now back with a vengeance and ready to inspire all attendees to the brim. With amazing speakers from our valued clients, this Client Day is sure to be a fantastic day.
The Client Day is about sharing stories on customer experience. An inexhaustible topic that we can’t get enough of. That’s why we’re thrilled to present speakers from Gall & Gall, Dyson, and Rituals. They will tell us all about the importance of customer experience in their stores and organizations, and the part our mystery shopping research plays.

Among other things, Gall & Gall will tell us extensively about how mystery shopping is used in multiple ways, Dyson will elaborate on the use of research results to train their Experts, and Rituals will tell everything about the international rollout and the way they use the research for training purposes as well. Also, our founder Niek Koning will explain the way we increase and safeguard your research quality, and how you can contribute. Lastly, we will discuss recent developments at Secret View and, of course, the roadmap for 2022 and beyond. After these sessions, we’ll enjoy some drinks in a relaxed setting in Tuschinski’s beautiful VIP Room.
