MS Mode in Nieuwegein has won the Secret View Experience of the Month Award for April! Every month, mystery shoppers carry out thousands of assignments, and we select the most remarkable customer experiences. This month, the employees of MS Mode in Nieuwegein stood out with their customer-oriented approach.
Passion for fashion and service
Pita, the manager of the MS Mode store in Nieuwegein, is super proud of her team of eight employees. She says enthusiastically: “We never know when a mystery shopper will come by, so every customer could be one. That makes it exciting and fun. As soon as the results are in, we immediately look at the feedback. We tackle improvement points together, and we always celebrate good results. Today we’re getting cake to celebrate this award!”
What our mystery shopper experienced
Our mystery shopper wrote about her visit: “Upon entering, the employee made immediate eye contact and greeted me with a friendly ‘good morning’ and a smile. After I looked around, someone came over to help me. The employee asked really good questions, was interested, and listened well. Her attention was focused on me, which was pleasant! She asked what size I wore, whether I was looking for long or short sleeves, and whether it should be chique or more casual. In addition to asking good questions and listening, she also gave tips about materials. The employee walked through the entire store with me and showed different options. I left the store feeling positive and satisfied and am very happy with my purchase!”
