Secret View x Termeer Groep: Sacha, Sissy-Boy, Manfield

In almost every (medium-sized) city, you can find a store of the Termeer Groep. It is the organization behind Sacha, Sissy-Boy, and Manfield. Spread across three countries, there are about 150 stores, and we are thrilled to help them collect valuable feedback from real customers.

Mystery shopping at Sacha, Sissy-Boy, and Manfield

In 1909, the great-grandfather of the current owners opened a small shoe factory. Craftsmanship and passion for the trade were central, and these core values are still present in the family business. The company has since grown into a lifestyle and fashion group with three brands: Sacha, Manfield, and Sissy-Boy. With collections designed in-house, Termeer distinguishes itself in the market.

With over 150 stores spread across the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg, it is crucial for the Termeer Groep to maintain customer satisfaction and experience. Our community of mystery shoppers will conduct monthly research in all stores. This gives the company continuous insight into the customer experience and the performance of the locations. These stores will be visited continuously in all countries over the coming year.

A wealth of information for training

Dennis Puts, Retail Operations Director of Sissy-Boy, Sacha, Manfield at the Termeer Groep, explains why they started with mystery shopping research: "We are starting with mystery shopping because we expect it to yield a wealth of information about the customer experience, but also provide very concrete input for our training. In addition, it keeps our employees continuously sharp and customer-focused. Although our brands differ, we apply the same high standards to every formula. The mission for the mystery shopper may differ, but the goals for the employees remain the same. We look forward to the first results to improve our customer journeys!"

The research has already started, and the first results will appear in the dashboards soon. We look forward to providing feedback to the Termeer Groep formulas and helping them elevate the customer experience to the next level.
