Secret View has raised 1.5 million Euros in a Series A funding round led by KIKK Capital, who are joined by Oost NL. This round allows Secret View to expand internationally and accelerate the development of its mystery shopping platform.

FHC Formulebeheer may not immediately ring a bell, but it is the driving force behind three food formulas: Family and Foodmaster snack bars and VITAL school cafeterias with a total of 150 locations in the Netherlands. We are extremely happy to be starting for FHC Formulebeheer and to be helping them with valuable feedback! With this feedback, the franchisees and employees can work to improve hospitality, quality and appearance of the FHC formulas. Earlier this year, a pilot was done to get acquainted and to determine if Secret View's working method fits with FHC. Fortunately, this proved to be the case, which is why we are now starting with extensive ongoing mystery shopping research.

On September 16, the third edition of the Secret View Client Day took place. And what and edition it was! A packed cinema at Amsterdam's Pathé Tuschinski was treated to presentations by speakers of our valued clients and Secret View. An afternoon full of interesting discussions, valuable lessons and lots of fun!

We’re starting a mystery shopping research for Europe’s largest and oldest health retailer! As of now, over 200 Holland & Barrett stores in the Benelux are visited by our mystery shoppers on a regular basis. The research is aimed at mapping the full customer journey with a special focus on giving every customer an excellent personal advice.

Bathroom specialist Q1 Sanitair joins up with Secret View for their mystery shopping research! Starting this month, our mystery shoppers are visiting all 17 showrooms on a monthly basis. During the research, they will map not just one but three customer journeys to support Q1's employees at giving their customers the best possible service.

After having spent years in a charming anti-squat office, in 2020 Secret View was ready to move to a beautiful new office in Arnhem's city center. Because of COVID, we couldn't commit at the time but in March of this year we did sign and move to our brand new office in Journey Offices. Take a look!
