Dutch supermarket chain Dirk is joining hands with Secret View to measure and improve the customer experience in their supermarkets. Our mystery shopping community started to visit the supermarkets in January to provide Dirk with many different insights about their customer journey. All 126 (and counting) stores will be visited by a mystery shopper every two weeks, focusing on both customer experience and compliance with alcohol and tobacco sales regulations. A highly diverse and informative research for the quality discount formula’s employees.

ARNHEM – Van Eeden, De Echte Bakker from Noordwijkerhout, NL, was named winner of the Best Customer Experience 2021. Of all 330 Echte Bakker bakeries in the Netherlands, Van Eeden’s bakery was rated the best at giving customers an exceptional experience. Van Eeden is closely followed by Gommans, De Echte Bakker from Horst and Van Meijel, De Echte Bakker from Clinge.

The second partnership under the umbrella of Ahold Delhaize is a fact. And what a partnership it is! We’re over the moon to welcome Albert Heijn to our club of clients. Albert Heijn and Secret View have been working together since the spring of this year to gather feedback from real customers for Albert Heijn, AH to go and AH Online. Using Secret View’s community, insights are collected about customer experience in the supermarkets and online, and about compliance with regulations on alcohol and tobacco sales.

Gall & Gall makes full use of Secret View’s community in the Netherlands by having them research both the customer experience and compliance with age checks for alcohol sales, in all stores and online.

We’re thrilled to partner with bakery chain Echte Bakker to supply their bakers with feedback from mystery shopping research! The bakers will be provided with high-quality customer insights that will help them become even better at giving every customer a wonderful experience. We will be doing continuous mystery shopping research for all bakers from Echte Bakker in the remainder of 2021 and all of 2022.
