With nearly 600 stores in 5 large shopping centers, Wereldhave is a large real estate player in Belgium. But with their Full Service Centers, Wereldhave Belgium goes beyond the traditional shopping center. Here, customer experience is key. That’s why Wereldhave Belgium has partnered with Secret View for their mystery shopping research. As of this summer, all stores in their centers will be visited by mystery shoppers on a continuous basis.

The Dutch sector association Royal Dutch Butchers (KNS) offers its members a unique chance to improve their customer experience using mystery shopping research. The collaboration between KNS and Secret View allows hundreds of Dutch butchers to thoroughly analyze their customer journey and learn from real customer feedback.

Starting March, butchers in the Netherlands will be able to optimize their customer experience using mystery shopping research. Secret View is now launching the very first mystery shopping platform designed for small businesses. Using feedback from real customers, butcher shops can now learn to use their artisanal skills to improve the customer journey.
