After a successful pilot, we are happy to announce that we will be providing SushiPoint with valuable feedback through mystery shopping research! SushiPoint is a fast-growing sushi chain with 40 locations throughout the Netherlands. All locations are visited monthly by our mystery shoppers.

Mystery shopping for a meal delivery service

At SushiPoint, customers can either pick up their order or have it delivered. Our mystery guests will investigate both customer journeys in the coming year, creating a complete picture of the service provided by the entire organization, as well as by customer journey, region, and location. All of this data will be made visible in the dashboard, providing an immediate overview of what is going well and what needs improvement.
