Gall & Gall Maastricht at Burgemeester Cortenstraat wins the Secret View Experience of the Month Award for February! Every month, our mystery shoppers visit thousands of stores. From all these visits, we select the most notable and customer-oriented experiences! This month’s award is won by Michaél, a super-driven store manager at Gall & Gall, who has been putting his heart and soul into the liquor store for 23 years.

On September 22, 2023, the fourth edition of the Secret View Client Day took place once again, and what a successful day it was! In a packed hall at the beautiful Pathé Tuschinski, we listened to inspiring stories from some of our clients and retail expert Rupert Parker Brady.

We are currently implementing an update in our approach for NIX18 compliance checks. We continuously monitor our processes and carefully listen to our clients and our mystery shopping community. As a result, we have learned that the NIX18 process can be further refined, and we are wasting no time in making improvements. Achieving 100% NIX18 compliance is a goal we are committed to.
